The green “key” to start the laundry is in the apartment (on the side of the fridge); plug it in, on the wall opposite to the  washing machine ( see photo above ).

    Smoking is prohibited in all interiors of our facilities

·       Any damage that occurs in the apartment during your stay must be reported latest upon departure.

·       Triggering a false alarm at the fire alarm system in the building will cost up to CHF 1000.00

·       If the apartment key is lost, you are fully liable for the replacement (up to CHF 250)

·       The outside sun blinds must always

be retracted in rain and wind. If the blinds are damaged, the repair costs will be charged in full (up to CHF 2000 per repair)

·       Quiet period is from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am
(This is a Swiss law, please speak at a moderate volume in the living rooms, on the balcony and in the staircase. Your neighbors will be grateful.)

Important information for your departure:

·      Check-out is latest by 10:00 a.m.

·      Please take all groceries from the kitchen and refrigerator with you when you leave.

·      Please remember to switch off unnecessary lights during the night and when leaving the apartment

·      Please lock all windows and the entrance door. Leave the apartment key(s) in the keybox.

These services are not included in the final cleaning and must be done by you on departure:

·      Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and switch it on before leaving the apartment.

·      Please dispose of waste, including bathroom waste, with the prepaid garbage bags, as well as glass, cans and plastic bottles at the recycling stations. Paper and cardboard can be left in the basement (our section is the one on the left, behind the main entrance door)
