We rent all seasons. Prices vary depending on the season and within the season. Bed linen, towels, weekly cleaning are included in the quoted price. The mandatory visitor's tax is not, and needs to be added (CHF 5.20/person /day; kids under 12 do not pay).

Rental Rules

      Smoking is prohibited in all interiors of our facilities

·       Any damage that occurs in the apartment during your stay must be reported latest upon departure.

·       Triggering a false alarm at the fire alarm system in the building will cost up to CHF 1000.00

·       If the apartment key is lost, you are fully liable for the replacement (up to CHF 250)

·       The outside sun blinds must always

be retracted in rain and wind. If the blinds are damaged, the repair costs will be charged in full (up to CHF 2000 per repair)

·       Quiet period is from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am
(This is a Swiss law, please speak at a moderate volume in the living rooms, on the balcony and in the staircase. Your neighbors will be grateful.)
